These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 8l777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://8l777.app ("Platform"), including all services, features, content, and products offered by 8l777 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

8l777 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. For non-material clarifications or administrative updates, the revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the effective date of the current version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8l777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal agreement between you and 8l777.

You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or another government-issued photographic identification document at any time. Failure to complete the KYC process within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed satisfactorily.

8l777 employs automated and manual age-verification checks during the registration process and during periodic account reviews. If there is reasonable suspicion that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the original payment method, and all winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

If duplicate accounts are identified, 8l777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or transactions, and permanently retain any promotional bonuses credited to duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that specific activity.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available to all registered users and is strongly recommended. Once enabled, 2FA must be successfully completed at each login and each withdrawal request.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 8l777 support at [email protected] immediately. 8l777 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of a credible unauthorised-access report.

8l777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Requested documents may include proof of identity, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to pending documentation requests may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the documents are received and verified.

All financial transactions on 8l777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 8l777 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction.
• Deposits made via bank card (Visa or Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance during periods of high transaction volume.
• 8l777 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 8l777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any day are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Accounts that have not completed the full KYC verification process may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalised.
• 8l777 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by the Platform's automated risk monitoring system.

In the event of a technical error affecting the crediting or debiting of funds, 8l777 reserves the right to correct the account balance to accurately reflect the transaction outcome, including reversing any erroneously credited amounts. You must notify 8l777 of any suspected payment discrepancy within 14 days of the transaction date. Claims raised after this period may not be actionable.

8l777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket and football events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Minimum Odds: Where free bet credits are used on sports markets, a minimum odds restriction may apply. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to the wagering requirement.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the 8l777 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately in the relevant sections of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any wager.

Sports Betting:

• A bet is accepted and binding only once you have received an explicit confirmation message from the Platform and the bet appears in your Bet History. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not binding on either party.
• 8l777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, a pricing feed malfunction, or a manifest error by our trading team. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to your account.
• In-play bets may be subject to a brief delay before acceptance. During this delay, odds may move. 8l777 will accept the bet at the odds prevailing at the time of confirmation, not the odds displayed at the moment of submission if those differ.
• For cricket markets, results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BPL Board, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, specific cricket abandonment rules apply and are published in the Sports Rules section.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. The applicable limits are displayed in the Platform's betting interface for each market. 8l777 is not liable to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum payout limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.

Casino & Instant Games:

• All casino games on 8l777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within each individual game interface, as provided by the game supplier (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be settled according to the game supplier's standard disconnection policy.
• In the event of a software malfunction or technical failure during any casino game, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned. 8l777 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Playing strategies, patterns, or systems do not alter the mathematical outcomes of RNG-certified casino games. Winnings are a product of certified random outcomes and the game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8l777 Platform. By using the Platform you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with 8l777.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8l777 Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 8l777 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable obligations.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any sports event, casino game, or poker hand available on the Platform.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between markets or systematically extracting value from promotional offers through automated, coordinated, or professional strategies not consistent with recreational gambling.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with the cashier without direct human input in real time.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for a transaction that genuinely occurred on the Platform. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will be pursued accordingly.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, alter, disrupt, or compromise the 8l777 Platform's software, databases, servers, or communication infrastructure through any unauthorised means.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 18, or registering on behalf of an individual who is under the age of 18.

8l777 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review teams that monitor Platform activity continuously. Any account flagged for potentially prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. The outcome of investigations is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in the Platform's support documentation.

Either party may initiate the closure of a registered 8l777 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the User: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Before processing a voluntary account closure, 8l777 will ensure that any pending bets are settled and will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash through the completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about excessive gambling — 8l777 strongly recommends activating a self-exclusion period rather than a standard closure. Closure by 8l777: 8l777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery of duplicate account activity or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• The user being found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under 18 years of age).
• Any activity deemed by 8l777 to pose a reputational, financial, legal, or regulatory risk to the Platform.

Where an account is closed by 8l777 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Amounts determined to have been derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Amounts determined to represent legitimate deposits not tainted by prohibited activity will be returned to the original deposit method.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by general internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. 8l777 is committed to operating a fair, transparent, and player-centric platform and will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in good faith and in accordance with the standards expected of a reputable online gaming operator serving the Bangladesh market.
